One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one amjilli account. Multiple accounts created by the same person will all be suspended and any balances forfeited. This rule applies regardless of the device or payment method used.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and amjilli ("amjilli," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at amjilli.one. amjilli is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and operates in full compliance with Philippine gaming law.
By accessing amjilli.one, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any game offered by amjilli, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any supplementary rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or services offered on the platform.
2. Eligibility
Use of the amjilli platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a hard legal minimum imposed by PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online casino-type gaming in the Philippines. amjilli enforces this requirement through documentary identity verification.
- You must be a natural person (individual human) registering on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
- You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of amjilli or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by amjilli or PAGCOR, or any other government-mandated gambling exclusion programme in the Philippines.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
amjilli reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, with forfeiture of any bonus balances and, where applicable, retention of funds pending regulatory review.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on amjilli. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or any other variation — is a material breach of these Terms. amjilli employs automated and manual detection methods to identify linked accounts. Where multiple accounts are found:
- All associated accounts will be suspended immediately.
- Any bonus balances across all accounts will be forfeited entirely.
- Real-money balances will be subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.
- The matter may be referred to PAGCOR if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
3.2 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. The name on your amjilli account must exactly match the name on your Philippine government-issued identification document. Providing false information is a ground for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. amjilli will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must notify amjilli support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. amjilli is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player failed to maintain adequate password security.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability
Your amjilli account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your account. Winnings, balances, and bonus credits associated with your account cannot be transferred to another account.
4. Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on amjilli are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits:
- amjilli accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, USDT (TRC-20), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change at amjilli's discretion.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya. Other payment methods may have different minimums as displayed at the time of deposit.
- Deposits are credited to your amjilli wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method. amjilli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking networks.
- You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- amjilli does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which amjilli accepts no responsibility.
- amjilli reserves the right to impose deposit limits, request documentation for large deposits, or decline a deposit at its discretion.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:
- Full KYC verification (Section 9) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the amjilli account. amjilli does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (Section 6) and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
- amjilli targets processing of withdrawal requests within 10–30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Actual crediting to your e-wallet depends on the payment processor and may vary.
- amjilli reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal amount per day, week, or month, as published in the account dashboard from time to time.
- amjilli may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawal requests that exceed stated thresholds or that are flagged by the AML monitoring system.
- In cases of suspected fraud, active dispute, or regulatory investigation, amjilli may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending resolution.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by amjilli are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the promotion's individual description. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any real-money winnings generated from betting with bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period; uncompleted bonuses are forfeited at expiry.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
amjilli prohibits strategies designed to exploit bonuses with low-risk mathematical certainty ("bonus abuse," "bonus hunting," or "matched betting"). Placing bets on all outcomes of the same event simultaneously to guarantee a payout from bonus funds is specifically prohibited. amjilli reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.
- Bonuses are for recreational play only and are offered at amjilli's sole discretion.
- amjilli may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- Players who have opted for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme are not eligible for promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.
7. Gameplay Rules
The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on amjilli across all game categories including slots, live casino, sabong, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games:
- All games are governed by their individual game rules, which take precedence over these Terms for game-specific outcomes.
- A bet is final and cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed by the system. amjilli is not liable for bets placed due to player error.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed by the server according to the game's rules. Any winnings from the completed round will be credited to your account.
- amjilli may void bets and recalculate results in the event of a software malfunction, data feed error, or force majeure event. In such cases, stakes will be returned to players.
- amjilli reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of price manipulation, data corruption, or integrity concerns, particularly for sports markets and sabong events.
- For live sabong: amjilli streams from PAGCOR-authorized Philippine cockpits. In the event of a cancelled fight (e.g., no contest, draw declared by the cockpit), amjilli will follow the outcome rules published for each sabong provider. Stakes may be returned or settled as draw at amjilli's discretion.
- Maximum payout limits per game, per day, and per event may apply and will be published in individual game rules or the account dashboard.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on amjilli and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any player who knowingly exploits a bug to gain an unfair advantage must report the winnings. Unreported exploitation will result in winnings being voided.
- Collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Match-fixing or any form of corruption in sporting events offered on amjilli's sports book.
- Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
- Creating or using a fake identity, using someone else's identification documents, or providing materially false information during registration or KYC.
- Accessing amjilli from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at amjilli staff, other players, or third parties through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with amjilli's software or infrastructure.
- Circumventing a self-exclusion, account suspension, or deposit limit imposed by amjilli by registering a new account.
9. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
amjilli operates under PAGCOR's AML framework and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act. To comply with these obligations, amjilli conducts identity verification on all players prior to permitting withdrawals.
9.1 KYC Documents Required
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PRC ID.
- A selfie photograph holding the presented ID.
- For enhanced due diligence or large transaction reviews: proof of source of funds, bank statements, or additional government IDs may be required.
9.2 KYC Timeline and Obligations
Players must submit KYC documents within 30 days of initial registration or upon first withdrawal request, whichever comes first. amjilli will review submitted documents within 2 business days and notify the player of the outcome. Accounts where KYC cannot be verified will have withdrawal access suspended. amjilli is entitled to retain funds for the period necessary to complete regulatory due diligence.
10. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

- Session Time Alerts: Set reminders at defined intervals during gaming sessions.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
amjilli collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
amjilli will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies (PAGCOR, AMLC), identity verification providers, and payment processors as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with legal obligations.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on amjilli.one — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and database content — is the intellectual property of amjilli or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any amjilli content without express written permission. You may not use amjilli's trademarks, logos, or branding in any context without prior written authorization.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, amjilli's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your amjilli wallet at the time the claim arises.
amjilli shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated savings; losses arising from the unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure; or losses resulting from your own negligence, breach of these Terms, or reliance on incorrect information provided by you.
14. Account Termination & Suspension
amjilli may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine government authority;
- Non-compliance with KYC documentation requests within the stated timeframe;
- Inactivity — accounts with zero balance and no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances in confirmed cases of fraud or criminal activity may be retained pending regulatory direction. In all other cases of account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's last-used payment method following satisfactory KYC confirmation.
15. Disputes & Complaints
amjilli is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. The following process applies to disputes regarding bet outcomes, account balances, bonus settlements, or any other platform activity:
- First Contact: Submit your dispute via amjilli's 24/7 live chat or by email to the support address published on the platform. Include your account details, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your complaint.
- Initial Review: amjilli's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days.
- Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial response, you may escalate in writing to amjilli's Compliance team. Escalated disputes will be reviewed within 10 business days.
- Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after amjilli's internal process is exhausted, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through their official channels as the competent regulatory authority.
By using amjilli's internal dispute resolution process, you agree not to initiate legal proceedings until the process has been fully completed. This does not affect your statutory rights under Philippine law.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You and amjilli both consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
17. Amendments to These Terms
amjilli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, amjilli will notify registered players by: (a) posting a notice on amjilli.one at the time of login, and/or (b) sending a notification to the registered mobile number on file.
Amended Terms take effect fourteen (14) days after notice is given, except where a shorter period is required by law or PAGCOR instruction, in which case the change is effective immediately. Your continued use of amjilli after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
